DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery and Shipping Policy
Effective as of April 11th, 2018 (Updated April 11, 2018)
Orders placed weekdays between 8AM and 5PM EST are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. If the item is out of stock it can take up to 14 business days to process.
We ship to a physical address in the USA. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, or an address outside the USA, only a physical USA address can be accepted.
It is the customer responsibility to verify and give us the right address.
We generally ship USPS but we reserve the right to change it to another shipping method of equal or quicker shipping speed.
Shipping time starts from after payment is received and the order processing is complete.
Our website is closed for purchases starting from 12:00 pm Friday until 11:59 pm Saturday and many Jewish holidays from 12:00 pm the day before until 11:59 pm on the day of the holiday, for a list of these dates you can send a request by email. Even if a purchase goes through on one of these days the purchase will be canceled.

We currently have two shipping options to choose from:
3-5 business days
Priority 1-2 business days
Additionally, we review all orders for potential credit card fraud. If we find irregularities with a purchase, the purchase may be delayed or you may receive a phone call to verify and confirm your order. We will can not process or ship orders that require additional verification before confirmation is received by the credit card holder.
